Day1

• Private transfer without guide from Bari airport/train station to Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Arrival, welcome drink and check in at TRULLI.

• Alberolbello Sight-seeing tour with guide – 2 hours:
  Alberobello, an inland village of the Province of Bari, is undoubtedly the Capital of the Trulli: its historic center is integrally constituted by these rather particular white, pyramidal structures that make it so famous and identifiable. The trulli are a unique example of ancient architecture that still survives and is in use today. To visit the stupendous Alberobello today is to travel to a destination without time.
  Meeting with the guide in the morning for an interesting sight-seeing of the town (2 hours approx). Pleasant walk to discover the vibrant Rione Monti, a crowded group of Trulli that climb up towards the Trullo Church of San Antonio, with numerous restaurants, souvenirs shop. Continuing towards the Aia Piccola neighborhood, where trulli are still inhabited, the atmosphere becomes cozier, the alleys more silent and the views are absolutely stunning.

Day3

• Breakfast at TRULLI
• Cooking tour – 4/5 hours:

  Meeting with our guide at the hotel for a “delicious” cooking tour.
  Demonstration of cheese-making and Mozzarella tasting at a local dairy (latteria).
  Tour in the Alberobello countryside, with harvest of seasonal fruits and vegetables from our biologic cultivations.
  Arrival at a “masseria” (local farm) and welcome with bruschetta and local wine. Cooking class with the farmer’s wife and lunch with the family.

  Spice up your holiday in Apulia by taking the opportunity to prepare some authentic, seasonal Italian dishes on local farm with the farmer’s wife. Enjoy the hands-on experience with preparations from the farmer’s wife and a wonderful lunch at the end of the event. This lesson is totally interactive, so questions are welcome and techniques shared by our chef. The dishes and accompanied with lessons are based on seasonal ingredients.

• Return to Alberobello in the early afternoon.
