On very few occasions the Basilica may be closed due to public holidays, private events or “high water”. Entrance fee to the Saint Mark’s Basilica “Golden Althar”: 2 Euro + 2 (only Summer) Skip the line;  Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside the Basilica or Doges Palace, shoulders and knees must be covered when entering into churches.

  The price does not include the entrance fee to the “Doge’s Palace” to pay on arrival at the meeting point. Entrance fee: 17 €
